Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the rpvi5 platform. By creating an account or placing any bet, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.
Access to rpvi5 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age verification is conducted during KYC and may be requested at any time.
Creating an account on rpvi5 constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from registering or using any part of the platform.
rpvi5 operates as an offshore gaming platform under an international gaming license. Users are responsible for verifying the legality of online gambling in their own jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one active account on rpvi5. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
All financial transactions on rpvi5 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and processed through verified local banking channels with full SSL encryption.
rpvi5 provides mandatory responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion. These features are detailed in our Responsible Gaming policy.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
Access to and use of the rpvi5 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances without prior notice.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact phone number. All information must be accurate, complete, and kept current. rpvi5 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any stage.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rpvi5 will treat any action taken using your credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify rpvi5 immediately at [email protected].
3.4 rpvi5 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
3.5 Accounts that remain inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee or closure. rpvi5 will notify the registered email address before applying any such fee.
4.1 rpvi5 is required by its international gaming license to verify the identity and age of all registered users prior to permitting withdrawals, and may require verification before allowing deposits above specified thresholds.

4.4 KYC review is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission. rpvi5 does not guarantee a specific review time and accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or unclear submissions.
4.5 Funds deposited into an unverified Account may not be withdrawable until KYC is complete. rpvi5 may suspend or close an Account that fails to pass KYC verification.
5.1 rpvi5 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following verified payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, GoPay, DANA, OVO, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment channel and are displayed during the deposit flow.
5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. rpvi5 will not accept funds from third-party accounts, and any such funds received will be returned and the associated Account reviewed for compliance.
5.4 rpvi5 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. rpvi5 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment institutions.
5.5 Deposit transactions that are reversed, charged back, or disputed by the payment provider after funds have been credited to a Player's Account may result in immediate Account suspension and recovery of the disputed amount from the Player's balance.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the rpvi5 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
6.2 A completed KYC verification (Clause 4) is a mandatory prerequisite for all withdrawal requests. rpvi5 reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold pending KYC completion.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no standard withdrawal fee charged by rpvi5; any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6.4 rpvi5 will process withdrawal requests within 1 to 24 hours of submission, subject to security checks and daily processing schedules. rpvi5 does not guarantee same-hour processing and accepts no liability for delays attributable to receiving financial institutions.
6.5 rpvi5 reserves the right to conduct additional security verification on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, originate from an Account flagged for review, or otherwise exhibit characteristics associated with AML risk. Processing of such requests may take longer than the standard timeframe.
6.6 Players must satisfy all applicable bonus rollover requirements before withdrawing funds derived from or associated with a bonus offer. Withdrawals made before meeting rollover conditions may result in forfeiture of bonus funds.
7.1 rpvi5 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to individual terms that specify eligible games, minimum odds, rollover requirements, and expiry periods.
7.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Rollover requirements and eligible game contributions are published with each individual promotion.
7.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Any Player found to be systematically exploiting bonus structures — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage wagering, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — will have their bonus forfeited and Account reviewed.
7.4 rpvi5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already in active use by a Player will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time it was accepted.
7.5 Bonus offers are available to players who have accepted the applicable promotion within the stated validity window. rpvi5 is under no obligation to award any promotional offer retroactively.
8.1 All bets placed on rpvi5 are subject to the specific rules governing each product category: sportsbook, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting-format live events), and crash games. Product-specific rules are published in the respective help sections of the platform.
8.2 A bet is deemed placed and accepted once it is confirmed on the platform and a bet reference number is issued. rpvi5 is not obligated to honour bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from manifest pricing errors, and reserves the right to void such bets with a full refund of the stake.
8.3 Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where an in-play "cash out" feature is explicitly offered and the applicable conditions are met.
8.4 For bandar bola (sportsbook operations) markets, settlement follows the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1 fixtures). In the event of result disputes, rpvi5's decision is final.
8.5 rpvi5 reserves the right to place maximum bet limits on any market, event, or game type at its sole discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rpvi5 and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 rpvi5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
10.2 Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, rpvi5 may withhold any balance in that Account pending investigation. Where fraud, AML breach, or prohibited conduct is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable licensing regulations.
10.3 Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance (net of any uncleared bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days of Account closure.
11.1 rpvi5 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rpvi5 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted service, and error-free operation.
11.2 rpvi5 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if rpvi5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 rpvi5's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 rpvi5 accepts no liability for technical failures, internet service disruptions, third-party payment delays, or force majeure events that prevent normal platform operation.
12.1 All content on the rpvi5 platform — including but not limited to logos, trade marks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the property of rpvi5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No broader licence is granted, expressly or by implication.
12.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of rpvi5.
13.1 rpvi5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.
13.2 By registering, you consent to rpvi5's collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and service improvement.
13.3 rpvi5 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC providers, audit firms) under binding confidentiality obligations.
14.1 rpvi5 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour. The platform provides self-management tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible through every verified Account.
14.2 Players who believe they may be developing problematic gambling habits are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact the rpvi5 support team for assistance. Our Responsible Gaming policy is available at /responsible-gaming.
14.3 rpvi5 will enforce self-exclusion periods in good faith and will not market promotional offers to users who have activated self-exclusion. Breach attempts by an excluded Player will result in immediate Account suspension.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rpvi5's operating entity is incorporated under its international gaming license.
15.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with rpvi5's customer support team may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Class-action proceedings are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
15.3 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your own jurisdiction, to the extent such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
16.1 rpvi5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
16.2 Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.
