12.1  rpvi5 strictly prohibits use of the platform by individuals under the age of 21. The platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect Personal Data from, individuals under 21 years of age.

12.2  Age verification is conducted during the KYC process. Where rpvi5 discovers or suspects that an Account has been registered by or is being used by an individual under 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, any funds returned to the deposit source where feasible, and the incident reported to our licensing authority if required.
